About this site

There is a wealth of information on the Internet concerning the theory of PTSD but not much practical advice for living with the condition.

This site was developed by people with PTSD who wanted to establish a reliable resource addressing the emotional and day-to-day problems experienced by those who live with the condition.

This site is independently operated and we receive no funding whatsoever and are not affiliated to any other organisations
